01The First Hour ($149)

Rescheduling and cancelling

Reschedule or cancel for free up to 24 hours before your appointment, and choose a full refund or a new time.

Late cancellations and no-shows

With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you miss the session without telling us, the fee isn't refundable. We'll offer one courtesy reschedule for real emergencies.

The right-fit guarantee

If Charlotte decides during your first hour that this service can't help with your goals, she'll tell you before the session ends and refund your $149 in full. You don't need to ask. This guarantee applies to the First Hour only, not to the 90-Day Reset or Keep Going. Deciding afterward that you'd rather not continue isn't covered, but you're never obliged to buy anything else.

Credit toward the Reset

Enroll in the 90-Day Reset within 14 days of your first hour and the $149 is credited toward it.

0290-Day Reset ($649)

• Within 7 days of purchase: full refund if you haven't had a follow-up session. If your included first hour already happened, $149 is deducted.
• After 7 days, or once follow-ups start: unused 30-minute follow-up sessions are refunded at $83 each (the program price minus the first hour, split across 6 sessions).
• Written plans and materials already delivered aren't refundable.
• Sessions missed without 24 hours' notice count as used.

03Keep Going ($179 a month)

• Cancel any time by phone or email. No contract and no cancellation fee.
• To skip the next charge, cancel at least 3 business days before your renewal date.
• You keep access until the end of the month you paid for. We don't refund part of the current month.
• Charged after cancelling on time? Tell us and we'll refund it in full.

04Exceptions

If a documented medical emergency or another serious situation stops you from continuing, contact us. We look at these one by one and may offer a pause, credit or partial refund. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer protection law.

Please talk to us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can almost always fix it faster.

05How to ask

Call or email with your name, the email you paid with and what you'd like to change. We confirm within 2 business days, and approved refunds reach your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
